Canon Maxify

Dear All,

I am considering to buy a Maxify. I am looking for a pigment printer that is easy to refill and can be also used for printing good quality photos. It will not be printing a lot. Is there any recommended model for that purpose?

I made some investigations and there seems to be 3 lines of Maxify. MB5XXX, MB2XXX and IBXXXX. Number of carts is the same (4 colors) and number of nozzles is the same (4352). Models MB5XXX have larger carts and cycle duty.

@Celso, Just choose the model that will suite you the best, each model has a variety of extra bells and whistles that will enhance your pleasure of printing, and photo quality is very satisfactory too, but not eye watering, so bear that in mind...

Not all Maxify models will do Auto Duplex - automatic two-sided printing, if that is important to you.

They are tough printers. I don't print huge amounts at a time but went for the 5150 (larger carts) just to be future proof!
