I need to refill cartridges for canon ipf610, do i need some kind of chip resetter?

The iF610 cartridges are very easy to refill however you will have to disable the monitoring to continue to print using them.
You can also get one time chips for these cartridges or use compatibles cartridges and refill them yourself.

There are a number of good quality ink suppliers on the web for your printer and also on this forum just do a search on here.

Alibaba is the best way to buy anything in China and if you log in through Alibaba all of your purchases are guaranteed or your money back.

As the iP610 uses dye and pigment ink I am sure you can get them both in one place
but you may be limited to where you can get them in the EU.

Have a word with octoink at support@octoinkjet.co.uk and see if they can supply
the two matte pigment blacks for your printer, failing that you may have to get it from the US at:-
say precisioncolors.com or inkjetcarts.us I can recommend all three of them as very good to deal with..
