I am contemplating this purchase, $50 used.
How old is this??, I hope its better than the iP series - rather troublesome.
It seems to be a very light duty machine, which, IMO, is all I need.

Dont touch it with a barge pool it will cost more than $50 for ink for it, and you cant refill the Tri cartridges very easy either.
If you found the iP series troublesome then you havent seeing nothing yet.. :ep

Thanks for the response, Hat
This is a serious problem with printers, the expensive, very expensive ink.
The Epsom I owned years ago was a hog. The Canon is maybe slightly better.
Refillable is the answer, and the manufacturers like this not, I suspect.
Kodak
Brother
HP ...paper jam delite !
Someone has to build a decent one...
Once I had an antique, weighted in at 245 lbs, measured about 3 by 3 feet and was combatable with nothing. A tractor could run over it and suffer more damage !
Why do we either overbuild or underbuild ?

I use a Brother with a CISS - it really works for heavy duty office printing!
