Canon 19100 amber light blinking

i just bought a Canon i9100 at a thirft store for its cartridges. I plugged it in to see if it might work, and I get a green light and then amber light blinking seven times and then green then amber blinking seven times, etc
Would anyone know what the amber light blinking seven times means?

I think youre looking at a new print head for that printer sorry..
