Can I use Hobbicolors ink in HP364 carts?

As the title says cab I use Hobbicolors inks in HP364 cartridges? These were originally bought for use in a Canon which is dead but I now have a HP6420 which I would like to refill.

should be OK, both brands use bubblejet technology for ejecting the ink droplets.onto the paper.

Next question is can I refill the starter cartridges or should I buy others? If so what are the best cartridges to buy bearing in mind they are going to be reused many times. There are many unbranded cartridges available, the only branded ones I have seen (apart from HP obviously) are GPC, are these any good.

Hobbiecolors (black) ink is in and working fine. Unfortunately the ARC chip on the refillable cartridge doesn't seem to work so no level indicator.
