Hi fellow Canon users,
I have a Canon TC-20 that uses the MC-32 maintenance cartridge, and I would like to know whether the Canon Service Tool can be used to reset the MC-32 after it has reached its limit.
I am familiar with using the Service Tool to reset waste ink counters on some Canon models, but I am unsure whether the MC-32 cartridge itself contains a chip or counter that can be reset, or if the cartridge must be replaced with a new one.
Has anyone successfully reset an MC-32 maintenance cartridge using the Canon Service Tool, or is replacement the only option?
Thank you for any information or experience you can share.
