Buying the right one

Hello, I was wondering if anyone would recomend a A4 laser inc jet printer(colour) for printing on heat transfer paper? My budget is 300 max. I am new to the printing world so am a bit lost.any help would be much appreciated.P.s making T-shirts.

In my experience, the paper is more important than the printer itself. No point getting a photo realistic high resolution printer when the thermal transfer paper won't give that kind of result.

I used a cheap Epson 480 and it was just fine. I tried papers from Epson, HP and Canon. Epson worked the best for me, with Canon second. Things may have changed since then.

Geth - there is a product available to use in inkjet printers that you then iron onto fabric. I've made teeshirts with this product. Really easy. You need to reverse the image when printing because transfering the image from the special paper will reverse the image you printed.
