black dots running vertically on every print. help!

Hi, looking for help wit hmy Canon ix6850. When printing there are small black dots printing vertically down the right side. See photo attached.
I've run all maintanance and removed the head and cleaned that aswell and changed all the cartridges but nothing has helped. Anything esle I can try? Thanks in advance!

When printing there are small black dots printing vertically down the right side. See photo attached.
They look like tractor wheels that have picked up ink from the paper surface and is laying down the ink as the paper comes out of the printer..
Try a different paper type and see if that cures your problem, you could also try extend the print drying time..
