Are Canon chips compatible?

hi to all i have a few questions??
I have my canon ip4760 with ciss which the printhead are dead. I bought a new one which is ip4970..
I'm planing to transfer the ciss to 4970.
Is there chip are compatible??


I need more opinion.!!

Honestly? I'd dump the CIS and refill instead... The CISS is probably the reason your printhead died in the first place so I wouldn't be using it again...
