Anyone using the Rudy Halimun CLI-42 refilling kit?

It may be hogwash. That's why I asked if anyone has used it. Hands on experience is what I was looking for, but I doubted if anyone here had used this item, as a search found zilch.
I've refilled from way back and tried all of the methods. Still top filling......but always curious about a new one.

Hi, I have just purchased the kit from Rudy Halimum. I’m in the UK and I am looking to buy ink here. Octoinkjet have informed me that foaming can occur with the grey‘s they sell and also there can be a problem with yellow going a little jelly like so use a very clean cartridge rather than topping it up. So not sure what to do at the moment.
