I run a small bakery and I'm outgrowing my current supplier, need to move to bulk baking paper instead of retail packs. Silicone coated, food grade, able to handle higher oven temps without going soggy or sticking. Came across formerspaper while researching manufacturers, they seem to have ISO certification and a decent GSM range. Has anyone actually ordered from them or dealt with them directly? Also open to other manufacturer names if you've had good experiences elsewhere. Trying to figure out what to check before committing, MOQ, certifications, that kind of thing.

Try contacting them and ask for a few paper samples and that will give you a better understanding of what they offer..

Here is their brochure..

I've had a good experience with FormersPaper for bulk baking paper. The paper quality was consistent, the silicone coating performed well at high oven temperatures, and the sheets didn't stick or become soggy during baking. They were also helpful with sample approval, certifications, and discussing MOQ before placing a larger order. I'd still recommend comparing quotes, but based on my experience, they're a reliable option for bakery use.
