I have a HP officejet that can print in single cartridge, when I need CMK color only, I can take out the black cartridge. And this is the easiest way for me to print k free black. (the quality of the picture is not too important)
But my new epson r1900 won't allow me to do that, but I need a pigment ink to make my doc water proof. So I am wonder if there is any pigment ink printer will allow me to at lease ignore the missing cartridge message and print anyways.
