In case anyone was wondering I am still alive (just!) but it has been one heck of a month or two...
We took a few weeks off to visit pretty much every family member in the UK and left Kirsty (my newish right hand woman) in charge of dispatch. She's been slowly been getting to grips with the processes at OctoInkjet and Printer Potty while helping out with manufacture and order dispatch so it was something of an acid test but worked out well. Have to say without her I wouldn't have had any chance to get away unless we'd closed shop completely so it's been a welcome change of pace.
Printer wise, I'm still playing catch up but there's some good news waiting in the wings on a number of counts...
As a friend of mine always used to say when getting excited... "Squeeee!"
