Hi
I am looking for 350 gsm COATED paper/board (on both sides) that is suitable for the Epson EcoTank ET-8550 / EcoTank L8180 (same printer). I don’t have the printer yet, but I am planning for a small business. It will be mainly for business cards.

I do know that most coated paper is for dry toner, and is not suitable for inkjet printers because of smudging. I don’t think that inkjet photo paper (350 gsm, coated on both sides) will have the same stiffness as the dry toner counterpart. Please correct me if I am wrong here.

I don’t live in the UK or Europe, and so shipping to my location (Oman) might be expensive, but I will explore the paper options to see how bad the prices will be.

Thanks

Do you know if these are as stiff as 300 gsm coated paper for dry toner?
I have not used either personally yet, here is a comparison table for your reference.

Even though the inkjet paper is thicker, it may not be as stiff because the inkjet coating is less rigid than a mineral clay coat
