Printers are printers whether inkjets or lasers and they are all fixable subject to right instructions and avl of parts and I on my part during the short span that I have been on this forum have benefited tremendously. Hats off ! and THANKS to everybody out there.

You're right! but if we had a black print job running into a couple of thousand pgs, we needed to print and print fast. I guess only a laser would do the job efficiently,quietly and without too much fuss. Re. energy emissions this article makes an interesting reading...
