This is not a resetter. This is the Canon service utility tool. You have to go to your own Canon Support to enquire for more detail. Like I said before Sorry can't help you much.

Hi Manuchau, I can tell you it's your PGI5 nozzles that is the cause. If you have use pigment ink on PGI-5BK, something it really need repeated cleaning to totally flush the pig5 nozzle clean. When you set print quality to High at plain paper mode during printing, the problem does not appear...

You don't have to believe me. The PGI-820 - 19ml , CLI-821 - 9ml are what were written on the box. I didn't said that is the amount you should refill. You don't need to believe me as well as what the box had written.
