Is it still under warranty? Most warranty service departments would suspect a wrong voltage scenario when inspecting a fried power supply and probably deny the warranty replacement, but it might be worth a shot if it doesnt cost you much to bring or ship it to a authorized service facility...

You may have an ink delivery problem with the cyan cart, permitting sufficient volume for the nozzle check but quickly diminishing during a photo print. Is the breather vent on the cart's top clear? Does the cart's sponge have the same saturation pattern as the others? Does the cyan cart's ink...

My local pharmacy has glycerin, but not drug/food grade propylene glycol.
