When I have finished recycling a cartridge and I go to put the tape over the nozzles I always get ink coming out of the nozzles and can't seem to stick it down without getting this problem. Is there a trick to doing this please?

After I have cleaned the ink cartridge and it is very damp, should I go straight to Vacuum oven to dry or centrifuge then Vacuum oven?
Also does anyone know the times and settings best used for drying and vacuuming ink cartridges after clean please?
