    Epson Stylus Photo R3000

    I live in the Southwest, Albuquerque NM. Is there something I can do to keep my print heads from drying out and clogging up. It's extremely dry here. An in-house humidifier is out of the question, thats how dry it is.

    I'm researching printers. I'm a Photographer and wanted to know if there is a big difference between the Epson 2880 Pigment printer versus the Epson 1430 regular Ink printer. One of the salesmen at epson mentioned that the 1430 would not print on different papers other than glossy very well...

    I'm an oldie, an Ansel Adams fan. Had my own darkroom, mixed my own chemistry, shot a little 4x5 ran the zone system. Now I'm happly shooting with a Canon 5D MKII. Embracing the new technology.

    I realize this is an almost impossible question. I've seen a lot of add's for Brothers printers. I'm a Photographer first and graphic designer second. A lot of Photographer praise Epson. So in your oppinion best 11x14 inkjet printer. I would like to stay around 300.00. Thats the big problem. Thanks.
