I live in the Southwest, Albuquerque NM. Is there something I can do to keep my print heads from drying out and clogging up. It's extremely dry here. An in-house humidifier is out of the question, thats how dry it is.

You could build a case e.g. with plexiglass , with a top on a hinge you can open easily, boxes like that got sold
in the past as silencers for impact printers which do not differ that much in size. And you just place a jar with water into that box with an instrument measuring the actual rel. humidity so you know at which level you are . You could use a big plastic bag instead but that wouldn't look that good I would think.
