Soja, In using Grandad's printer profiles, you missed something along the way. If you could describe in detail what you did, including pictures of your setup screens, then someone will help you. Working with color management is difficult at first. JV

There is a difference in some of the colors between BCI-6 and the BCI-7 / CLI-8 inks; see www.image-specialists.com/desktop.htm and compare the printer models. BCI-7 and CLI-8 use the same Image Specialists inks and they can be ordered from www.weink.com JV
