Thanks Arthur 5. Sorry for the quality of the photo. What would we do without you gentlemen educating us about printers. This is my first pro photo printer, I didn't realize these machines are troublesome. I knew ink was expensive but didn't know the machine would be a pain.

Ok. I put the head back in, did a nozzle check and voila it's perfect. There's still some black powdery pieces on the paper though so I printed a document. The sheet came out clean. I checked the ink status and 2 carts were empty then I got the B200 again😫 Everytime a cart is empty I get the error.

I don't quite understand, the nozzle check shows a lot of lines now but the prints I made are all perfect. I'm attaching an A4 one I printed of my niece.

Thanks so much The Hat. You are right, after cleaning the head it still doesn't work. It will cost me $265 including shipping to buy a new head. Do you think replacing the head will certainly make it work?
