I'm ressurecting a R3000. I have gotten some old carts T5912 and similars, but I'm missing Yellow pigment ink still. My plans are to make an inkset diluting these inks as I would with the carbon inks in the Eboni-6 inkset.

I'll still be looking for some yellow pigment ink then, for my next project. I'll certainly give these away, if anyone is interested, I'm in the North of Portugal.

Received 7 of these, want to reuse the ink. They expired on 2002 and 2003!

I have been using Paul's formula as well on a 1400. Already used on 4900 before. I always mix and install from 2% towards 100%, this way, if there is contamination from one solution to the other, the changes will be minimal, but I don't use the blue and yellow toners, just the carbon.

I sent a PM as well. I'm looking for an adjustment program for an old R3000 I want to change to carbon DIY inkset. Be very grateful I anyone can assist me on this matter.

I have no problem with any of this other ones. But only inksupply.com sells carbon (eboni-6) and uses USPS for shipping. STS sells carbon but won't ship USPS which makes import taxes higher in brazil (local problem)

This second link is crazy, a lot of things you shouldn't do to a X900 head and on his last update he says he placed the printer next to the heater. No no I know of people who cover them in plastic everyday and leave a tray with water inside, just to keep the printer in a humid environment.

BTW this green and magenta mess in the LLK channel is mostly Flickr compression, the actual print has nothing of that sort. After the first initial charge, the 9% channel was kind of Yellow still, but that was gone on the second initial charge.
