Afterall, there is no way to disable missing nozzle group from being used during printing. Everything depends on the given image that is being printed. I gave up and return the printer being faulty with nozzle groups missing in two colors.
I would attempt to replace printing head if I get this...
Surprisingly, this setting is not producing same result as output from Easy-PhotoPrint EX.
The print output having stripes, so it seems problematic nozzles are counted in and obviously not firing.
The option "Print with the best quality when you select [Quality Priority]" is not there.
Below you can see Nozzle Check print from Canon Pixma Pro-1. The print head or printer circuit board is having electronic issue in DGY and GY channels. There is clearly visible tone difference between two parts (upper and lower) of a rectangle of a broken color channel.

I think most recent error is always stored in the position ER0, and the rest of errors are shifted down the line ER0 -> ER1, ER1 -> ER2, ER2 -> ER3, etc. To test, make a printout, then generate minor error (by printing with closed door, for example), make another printout and you will see...
Not sure about Magenta in CO.
It seems this happens after cleaning, maybe this is coming from old paint stocked around print nozzles. Used clean and clear sheet of plain paper.
