Lulu: I also recommend you do at least do a blot test on the print head. If you don't get a good blot test. Clean the print head and blot test again. You may need to use a syringe to drip the right color on each print head screen to make sure there is sufficient ink in each color channel. If...

Good day: Congratulations on successfully disassembling your Pro 10 printer. I however have not owned a Pro 10 so I do not know much about this printer. But the pieces in your picture look very much like they are part of the cartridge cleaning / purge unit. There is a spring missing also. And...

I would be grateful for any guidance anyone would have for me on that. So yes that is an issue. But I like the idea of clean ink pads even if I cant reset the waste ink...

The pump in the purge unit is a Peristaltic pump and should have no problem pumping uphill several inches, ( I work with this type of pump on other types of equipment, and in their applications they have no problem pumping uphill up to 12") in addition I plan to mount the bottle to the side of...

As soon as a actually do it on my other Pro-100 I will post a detailed action plan. I have measured the location of the exact spot the hole will need to be cut when I had this apart. I plan to cut the hole with a dremel circular saw blade.
