    Hi,
I am retired and am photo enthusiast. I have been using digital cameras for about 15 years starting with point and shoot and graduating recently to a Nikon D7100. I am a member of the Cape Cod Art Associations Camera Club.

I have always outsourced my print work because I felt it was a less expensive alternative than printing my own. I had no real complaint with anything that I had printed. I used a calibrated monitor so my prints were usually close enough for practical purposes when I had them printed.

I just got a great rebate deal on the Canon Pixma Pro 100 and I also got a great deal on paper. The remaining cost attribute is ink. I don't have knowledge of refill inks so I was doing a scan of articles and resources when I came across the Printer Knowledge web site. I assume that this will be a good resource to learn more about ink refills and printing.

    Thanks for reading my intro

    Dennis
