So I guess I don’t have a problem that needs fixing, but rather a problem I fixed. Figured success stories and techniques coming from this forum should be mentioned.

About four weeks ago I noticed at the bottom of the cyan block on the test page didn’t have a crisp edge. Since TurboPrint has ink counters, I printed out a cyan page from LibreOffice Draw on draft. 17,096 droplets later, the test page confirmed the problem. Running a regular clean and deep clean didn't improve the situation. Last weekend, I soaked the bottom for 5 ½ hours in pharmacist’s solution on top of a radiator in a freezer bag and after re-installation it showed some improvement. Today I let it soak for another 6 hours on the radiator and voilà!

Thanks for posting "solutions."

...Always remember to introduce your children to inkjet printing early in life. That way they will never have enough money for drugs and the other perils of modern life! :)
