Print software for Pro 10s Win10

I am using Photoshop and the Canon software. I am guessing there is a steep learning curve. Apparently imagePrograf doesn't work with 10 ink set ups. Is that correct? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t know anything about imagePrograf, but photo editing software doesn’t know how many inks your printer has..

Most likely, there is a problem with the ink setting in the printer itself. What are you printing on? If this is your personal technique, you will quickly find out what the problem is. If you order a print from someone, it's better to change the task executor and not wait until they figure out the settings. For those who print for commercial purposes, I always advise ordering work from companies that work based on https://wye.com/print/. For me, this is an indicator that the order won't cause difficulties for either you or the contractor.

Again the printer doesn’t have issues with ink setting, the operator is most likly the one that’s having difficulties, but that’s not the printers fault..
