In your brief time on the forum you have had 9 posts concerning
  1. Canon IP1200 - you want the BIOS
  2. Ricoh sp211 - you want the BIOS
  3. Canon Pro 10 - Opps. Another BIOS request for the Ricoh sp11 but on a Canon Pro 10 thread.
  4. Canon IP7250 - no BIOS requested
  5. Canon ts5050 - you want a BIOS
  6. Epson xp 312 - you want a BIOS
You seem to want a BIOS often. Unusually often. Why?

People requesting printer BIOS' should be able to use Google to translate a web page.

Using Google Translate I checked the Russian site, and you need to join the site and either pass a test or buy some points to download the Epson bios (EEPROM?) file.

Instead of reflashing the printers Canon service tools and WIC Reset might also reset absorber counters.

what can i do
So you have all models you can download all Bios you need and than flash other printers. For Canon printers buy or download the appropriate Canon Service Tool and you can perform already a lot of tasks. No, not all problems have to do with the BIOS.
This is not a hacker forum. Some of what you want can be found on obscure sites.
