What does it mean: "error on one color"?

I was going to dump and discard all this, used for many years on a long line of iP printers. The pigment (K) ink is at least 3/4 full...

Been using printer regularly then all of sudden get error on one color, light cyan,. Replaced with genuine, still error?

Thank the printer goddess for the Megatank printers. My G6020 AIO is fine for 98% of my print needs. Yeah, the inks aren't Chromalife...
