I like the idea, but it seemed like a LOT more work / process than it should be. I guess like any new industry, it starts small and slow.

Yes, it is a lot of work, but you got to remember they do the very same in other concrete factories, but they fabricate each separate section in solid concrete like a jigsaw puzzle and it must fit together for it to work, not hollowed out in one completed 3D piece...
