Definitely Canon ip4300 at $79 a piece. It is just about the fastest, lowest cost and awesome high quality printer in the market today. Epson printers are generally inferior in printing text. You can expect to have less change in your pocket because of HP's 5ml ink cartridges.
I forgot to mention, Canon ip4300 uses chipped ink cartridges. But refilling is very easy. Refill ink is widely available, very good quality and cheap. Do your own research before buying one. I have used Epson, HP and Canon. Canon ip4300 is what I use now.
