Which is the best low priced all in onr inkjet printer?

I am planning to buy an all in one inkjet printer. I have short listed 3 printers.1. Epson Stylus TX 210, 2.Canon Pixma MP 497 and 3. HP 2060 Series K110. Can anyone advice me which one is the best.Or any other printer better than these within the price range or Rs.6000-7000

Most of these low end printers are very cheap to buy and are very good to use but are costly to run.

If you can get a printer that has separate cartridges then youd be able to get good compatibles cartridges for it
which would be a huge saving, like the Epson Stylus TX 210..
