Used Epson 2200 Price opinion

Greetings,

My parents retired in Mexico a few years back. Very poor. Living on SS.
My father passed away at 84. He was a photographer. He had purchased an Epson 2200 to print his photos in order to sell them.
I am wondering how much a lightly used Ep Sty Photo 2200 that is perhaps a year old and has been used lightly would go for in the US.
If you have exp. with Mexican prices for such used that would be also helpful.

Oh, it is in excellent shape. Probably printed less then 200 large photos.

Do a search on eBay for your answer. EBay has web sites all over the world, so be specific in which country's eBay you select for your search.

Use Google.com to find a currency exchange calculator if needed.

Kind of funny. I checked before I posted. Found nothing which is why I came here.
Amazon shows $1200 for a new one. But that was probably the original price or close to it when it did sell.
NewEgg and Computer Shopper show nothing.
Ebay in the US had like two or three and they were broken...
Ebay Mexico has a few.

Can someone tell me about how long ago they 'generally' started and stopped selling these?

How long has it been since anything was printed on it? Anything more than a couple of weeks and you might have some problems with ink nozzles clogging.

Even in working condition, I see them on Craigslist for around $100-$200. I see R2400s on sale for between $200 and $400.
If it is not working properly, the prospective buyer is taking a large risk and the price will be adjusted to reflect that likewise.
