TS3355 Driver won't download

Have just purchased the above printer.
Canon website can't download driver.
They are referring me to a (expensive looking) tel No.??

It looks like there are Canon models TS3350, TS3351, TS3352 and TS3355 available in Europe. There are only drivers available for the TS3350 model. I think this means TS3350 is the base model and the other models are technically identical but in different colours or similar, for instance white instead of black.

So I would download the TS3350 driver found here.

That telephone number looks suspect. Was it really from an official Canon website?

Agree. Clicking on Manuals to download the manual from your link (TS3300 series (PDF) User Manual (Windows)) and then clicking on Applicable Models you will see OP's model TS3350.

Nice find, Peter. Canon buried this printer. More difficult to find than it should have been.

A Google image search reveals that the models TS3350, TS3351, TS3342 and TS3355 are black, white, red and two tone grey.

The website doesn't work very well. At this moment of posting my link only opens a blank page. I suspected that something had gone wrong with a Firefox update or worse a Windows update.

@tomboy didn't say if he's using Windows, Mac or Linux. In the two last cases there's no driver supplied by Canon for this series of printers. On Mac computers, you can use AirPrint for OS.X 10.10 and above.
For Linux.. nothing.

I am using Win 10.
Much to my amazement I have discovered a CD (in box bottom) headed "Canon TS3300" installation CD-ROM.
ps: I am not really careless, this machine only came yesterday!
Advice on which to use most appreciated.

That's what I an up against at first, too. It happens with Firefox and Edge.

Most likely is it a Canon issue as you can open other pages but that one.

You can use the installation disk or the drivers on the Canon site if they are newer. Do not upgrade the firmware unless there is something the newer fixes that is a problem for you (rare) or there is a new function that you absolutely must have (very rare).
