Nice spreadsheet, however, I would like to see how they compare once you factor in the electricity costs for each printer. Lasers use huge amounts of energy to power up the fuser vs inkjets.
Plug a Kill-A-Watt into each one and see what it draws when idle for a 24 hour period. Then send a job to each one every 10 minutes for an hour and get an idea of what the printer consumes with light use such as this. It will at least give you an idea of the relative difference between the 2.
Laser printers usually power down into a low power mode at night, so you might want to test how it performs in that energy saving mode.
