Toner Refills

I have HP 4600 color laser printer.
I need following feature on my refill toner printer:


1. Able to show the toner status on printer lcd panel


A. Can I use HP original toner cartridge to refill
B. Do I need to get a separate chip (propaply if wanting the display to show toner status)
- are all chips cartridge specific (required to uses specific cardriges to refill) ???

etc...

2. If somebody know if there is some special HP 4600 specific thing to know on refill?
