Hi Swamy
This is a tall order even for any Nifty member to fill as its not exactly down the road from most of us but Ill give it a go anyway.
Here are three sites that you can order from but none of them are in Hyderabad or India sorry..

Yeah, let me ask in this way. Can we use any toner powder or it differs from printer to printer and hence look for exact match?. I walked into to shop and asked for Toner powder for my printer and the guy gave me a container but it didn't have Brother mentioned in it and I wasn't sure and walked out saying No Thanks.

Some of the ink toners are of a different formulation but as to which ones I do not know exactly
and unfortunately the only way to find out for sure is to try it.

If you decide to refill your cartridge then make sure that you empty out all of the remaining toner left inside
I mean completely empty it, otherwise the print output will be extremely poor and most lightly unsuitable. (Very bad quality)

One other thing to consider is there maybe a chip on the side of the current Brother cartridge
and if there is then your refill wont work and a new compatible cartridge maybe your only option in that case.

One final thing to remember is if you use the wrong toner it will damage the drum
and a replacement would be needed along with a new cartridge, so the decision is yours to make..:(

This brother cartridge has no chip, instead it has a gear that needs to be reset in order for the refill to be accepted:

As for toner powder, definitely use a powder that's designed specifically for your cartridge series. Every toner is different in diameter, darkness, melting point, whether it's chemical toner or mechanically ground. As said earlier, do be sure to totally empty the cartridge before refilling with any compatible toner.
