What is the preferred spray adhesive for bonding plain paper to plain paper?

So far I have only used Elmers Craft Bond spray adhesive.
The Elmers spray adhesive has a nice fine spray but doe not seem to have a strong bond.

I've used 3M spray adhesive, available at art stores, with great success. The only problem is that you only get one chance to put the pieces together as the adhesive is much like contact cement and grabs as soon as you put them together. I've used this material primarily to mount photos, done on photo paper stock, to foam core mount board. Plain paper may be difficult to handle as it doesn't have that much body.

I have never tried spray adhesive before.. Mainly because I didn't even know it exists. I was so used to the old-school Elmer's glue. I feel so outdated!
