Next time, when you wish to clean something, please use Kitchen paper towels instead of toilet paper, the latter tends to leave paper particles on the cleaned surface..
The reason I'm using toilet paper was actually paper towels would leave paper particles but both have that potential. Using another material would be better I guess.

Toilet paper is soft but is manufactured to dissolve in water after a few minutes. This leaves paper fibres on printheads and other things you clean with it.

Kitchen paper or paper towels do not dissolve but contains coarse fibres and maybe particles that could scratch the delicate nozzle plates of print heads.

Tissue paper pocket handkerchiefs are soft and do not dissolve nor contain coarse fibres and particles. That is what I use and recommend for print head and other printer cleaning purposes.
