I am pleased to see that ALotofThings has taken a proactive approach in informing their customers who received the new magenta ink of the change in the color. I hope that the other ink suppliers have also taken notice of the trouble that an unannounced change in an ink formulation causes for the end users.
As I said in an earlier thread, many users of bulk ink now require a consistent, high quality product. Suppliers who can guarantee the consistent performance of their inks will be rewarded by the loyalty of their customer base.
