I know we’ve had a few heavy rain showers lately, but the outcome has been a little bit ridiculous..

No sooner had I replaced the face on Wilson, it was washed off, never mind fading, I don’t know what the cause was but ink adhesion is more likely the issue here.

Whatever the reason I was shocked to see these results in such a short time, this new face was supposed to last at least 5 years, most certainly not less than 4 weeks, maybe because the ink is past its sell by date. 2010 ? Who knows, there’s always a first time for everything.. It can’t be bird deposits..

I was so pissed I went out with a tin of paint and gave him a makeover, that should see both of us down.. :weee

Wilson's Ghost.jpg washed out ?..... Wilson's makeover.jpg

have you considered the possibility of the rain affecting the ink adhesion on Wilson's face!
That’s exactly the cause, but I don’t have a good explanation as to why it happened..!
