Samsung CLX-6260ND print alignment

Hi guys. The above printer is fine in monochrome but when printing color is way out of line.

I have used the in-built alignment tool without success
I've cleaned the print carts and changed them (although from compatible to compatible)
I have turned printer off, removed carts, turned printer on and then re-installed carts.

No luck.

Any ideas what is wrong?

I don't know much about laser printers, but maybe the service manual will be useful? It is found here.

Unfortunately, no real guidance on mis-alignment - tells you to go to tech menu, but can't see what to do from there.

Not much to go on and may be a costly fix.
