The LED on top of my printer is flashing yellow 7 times, then green once. Repeats all the time. According to Canon's website, this is a print head error, so nothing I can do to fix it.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there anything I can do to try to fix it other than sending it in to Canon, buying another print head or buying another printer?
I have cleaned the jets no the bottom and tried to clean up the contacts on the print head as well.
