Right sidedwhite horizontal lines 33mm apart (Page attached)

I have just manufacturered my HP laserjet 1300 cartridge which was printing horizontal white lines 33mm apart. I have replaced Magnetic roller, PCR, Drum and doctor blade but it is still printing the same white lines which are 33mm apart more on the right side then on the left.

Anybody have any idea what could be the cause of these lines?

If you have refilled your toner cartridge without completely emptying it of all of the remaining
old toner then this can cause all sort of output problems.
Just something to think about..

i had vaccumed the waste hopper. I had also changed the bushing on the right side of Mag roller and i made sure it was the same size and proper fit.
