I am currently running dye sublimation with Epson 4800 printers. These printers work perfectly for what we print. However, parts and service are becoming an issue.
I am curious about the P5000 printers. From what I can tell, the Epson P5000 printers sold in the US do not allow third party ink/cartridges. Are the P5000's sold in other countries able to utilize refillable cartridges? I'd certainly be willing to bring a couple in, but really don't like to go with what the salesman tells me! Is there anyone using a P5000 with refillable cartridges that could shed some light on this for me or make recommendations?
