Happy holiday all,

When a printer in a pro series is sold as refurbished, is the "unereaseable" lifetime print counter rest to zero or reflects total print count as it is?

Thanks,

Jeff

I would say beyond a shadow of dough that they would reset the lot on you, the cartridge count, the page count, the waste pad count and the CD count, so effetely it would be like getting a new machine.. :ep

When you buy a refurbished product, it is typically done because the packaging was opened, and returned. It can't be sold as "new" again.

BUT...who knows what "refurbishment" actually takes place? It might be unused, lightly used, or heavily used, or might have a cosmetic defect...

There are no firm specifications for "refurbished".
