Refilling HP 56,57&58 inks

hi, although i'm not a new member in this forum, this is my first post
i've been looking for a guide to refill my printer, i'm using HP 7960
usually i refill my catridge at veneta system, a refilling center near my house
anyway, i'm interested to try refill them myself
could u guys give me some tips or pictured guide?

I can't believe it.
I have the instruction for refill this cartridge.If u need,pls email me lilian@jetyoung.com I will send u.
