Recommendation for a direct print to CD/DVD epson printer , new or used options please

Hi , i hope you guys can help , i am looking for a recommendation Epson printer (2nd user would be fine)that has the ability to print directly onto discs bulit into the printer , also i would like to use refillable ink tanks with the printer , ideally with a built in scanner .

Anything from brand new upto 3 - 4 years old , i am happy to buy on eBay etc
