removing head ...

I've experimented with a R800.
After purchasing an ultrasonic cleaner small tank for gold, I disassembled the head, put in hot water in the ultrasonic cleaner.
Immersed only the final part of the print head, where there are nozzles.
After washing twice, left print head to rest for about 6 hours.
I reinstalled the printer on, and on.
The printer sees the head, indicates the ink levels, but when it starts to print off.
I can turn it back on after a few seconds
I searched the internet some topic related to it, but found nothing.
Can anyone tell me what to be due to error?
I would like to experiment with ultrasound, someone has already tried to remove head?
